As an administrator of the e-commerce website, you can create and modify your products from an easy-to-use interface. With the click of a mouse, you can decide not to display a product if you are temporarily out of stock or if it's a seasonal item. Our software also includes inventory management that will automatically display an out-of-stock message on the product. Of course, if you prefer, we can manage all of your products for you. Integration with Popular Payment Providers
We integrate our websites with a variety of popular payment providers, including PayPal, Authorize.net and others. Paypal is a good choice for those just starting an e-commerce website because it is free - no need for monthly gateway or merchant accounts - and because it is familiar to many website visitors. All payment activity is conducted on the payment provider (e.g. PayPal) website, which substantially eliminates the risk of identity theft.
Order Management
When an order is placed at your website, you will receive an e-mail notification with the order details. Your customer also receives a confirmation e-mail with the order details. You have the option to provide tracking information to the customer. Invoices and Packing Slips are printed at the click of a mouse to use when shipping your products. Detailed reports allow you to keep track of your orders, sales tax and inventory.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may be calculated using a variety of methods, including price, weight, or flat rate for each product. Expedited shipping rates, such as 2-day and 3-day shipping may also be specified. Rates may be specified for international shipping as well. Alternatively, shipping may be linked directly to your UPS, FED-EX or USPS account.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discounts, such as free shipping or 10% off orders with purchase over a specified amount may be set up for a limited time period (e.g. Free Shipping in the month of December) or with unlimited duration. You can set up promotions and discounts for specific products or store-wide.
Wish Lists and Gift Registry
A wish list and gift registry are also standard features of our e-commerce sites. Your customers can create a list of items to be saved and purchased at a later date. Lists may also be sent to friends and family by the customer.
